A renowned and fast growing medium size aerospace component manufacturing company is seeking a Vice President – Finance for its Bangalore location. The desired candidate will have 18- 22 years of relevant experience with CA as educational qualification from engineering manufacturing/ automotive company background only .
He should be well conversant with Kannada language .
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire finance & accounting of daily routine Of 2 100% EOU plants. He will be responsible for entire functions of finance and accounts including taxation, audit (statutory, transfer pricing, sales & excise), inventory controls, customer and supplier management, ROC related activities, asset management, business tie-ups & partnership for business growth & expansions; undertaking feasibility study, research and analysis of key value drivers at a market and business level; cultivating a network of internal and external relationships amongst professional intermediaries, private equity houses, corporate targets and clients.
The candidate is expected to have an expert level of handling formulation & implementation of differentiating business plans, corporate policies and procedures, governance, financial due diligence , merger processes & JV closures, Secretarial & Legal affairs of the company, attending board level meeting, drafting replies to notices, appeal; leading ROCs, documentations, approvals, licenses & regulatory requirements etc.
