Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead formulation of natural, clean and sustainable skin care formats. Hands on experience in emusion, gel, polymer and delivery systems.

Innovation: Scout and evalaute novel technologies, green ingredients and translte them into differentiated product concepts.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor & guide team of formulation scientist, ensuring project timelines, quality standards and technical excellence.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams  to deliver commercially viable products

Technology transfer: Ensure lab to plant successfull implementation.

Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of trials, stability data, specification and development related reports

Sustainability Focus: Champion eco-friendly formulations, sustainable sourcing and biodegradable ingredients aligned with companies ethos, with cost effectveness and scalability mindset.

Soft skills: Good communication, presentation, problem solving and cross functional collaboration skills
