Sales Manager West for Maharashtra

Job Location  -  Pune 

Will be Work from Home as Sales Manager will be required to travel across the assigned region to meet channel partners, dealers and build business and generate revenue.

  • Conduct dealer performance reviews and ensure regular training, support, and engagement.
  • Drive channel-led demand generation and secondary sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with machine shops, OEMs, tier suppliers, and tool rooms.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demos for end users.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Maharashtra.
  • Identify new business opportunities across automotive, engineering, die-mould, aerospace, and general machining industries.

 Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in solid carbide tools, or cutting tools domain.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and dealer/channel network building.
  • Strong technical understanding of solid carbide end mills, drills, reamers, cutters, etc.
  • Experience managing a state-level territory, preferably Maharashtra.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions with customers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

4. Education

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
