Designation - General Manager - Constructions ( Villas and Luxury Residences)

Location - Bangalore

Required Experience- 23yrs - 26 yrs in the Real estate building construction primarily VILLA's .

Qualification - any Graduate / BE in Civil Engg preferred .

The General Manager – Villa Construction will be responsible for the end-to-end management of villa construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership in managing multiple construction projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing all stages from planning to final handover.
