Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW: (Candidates must be from Valves Industry only)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our sales and approval function focused on EPC
and Oil & Gas companies. The role demands expertise in navigating the complex approval processes and sales
cycles specific to the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing approvals and
expanding our business footprint by leveraging deep industry knowledge and established relationships.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the sales team responsible for engaging with EPC contractors and Oil & Gas
companies.
• Drive the process to secure approvals from key EPC and Oil & Gas clients.
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth aligned with company goals in the Oil & Gas
sector.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers across EPC and Oil & Gas companies
to ensure priority access and timely approvals.
• Act as the primary liaison for high-level negotiations and business development initiatives in the
sector.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting approvals and sales
to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technical, and quality teams to ensure compliance with
client requirements.
• Mentor and lead a high-performance sales team driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex customer requirements and approval processes
in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiarity with the operational and procurement methodologies of EPC contractors and Oil & Gas
companies.
• Well-established network and connections within the sector that can be leveraged to accelerate
approvals and business growth.
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Open for travelling.
