We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / CFO to lead Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Administration, and Corporate Governance functions for a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Finance & Accounts operations.
• Prepare and review MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
• Manage treasury operations, working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, RBI regulations, Customs, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
• Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and corporate governance activities.
• Support strategic initiatives, capital expenditure planning, and business expansion projects.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management processes, and financial policies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• MBA (Finance) preferred.
• CS qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Experience in multinational organizations and import-export business will be preferred.
• Exposure to transfer pricing, treasury management, and statutory compliance is desirable.
