Job Description 

1.       Provide on-site support of installation, validation and commissioning of Vertical, Horizontal , Confectionary and Secondary packaging machines for applications like Snacks, Powder food, Detergent powder/Bar, Biscuits and cookies, Noodles, Candy and Case packers. 

2.       Meeting with clients on electrical and mechanical automation needs.

3.       Test of automated systems for efficiency, safety and reliability.

4.       Travelling to client’s location to solve the software and electrical related issues.

5.       Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs

6.       Provide on-site training to the customer

7.       Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.

8.       Develop service technical documentation

9.       Generate service revenue through AMCs and automation service proposal

Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having 5 - 10 years’ experience in servicing of Vertical, Horizontal Packaging machines.
2. Working knowledge and ability test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
3.  Strong Knowledge on PLC programming and HMI development on Allan-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff and Rexroth platforms. 
4. Knowledge on Servomotors and Servo drives programming & Trouble shooting.
