School Operations Manager

Job Description

  1. Work is delivery of our clients' service post sales to schools and retail customers. 
  2. Key role is to schedule the various activities in schools - coordinate with school coordinators and our resource people i.e. trainers and counselors. 
  3. Send out mails, arrange for ppts, send reminders - ensure parents attend via reminders and ensure that the activities are delivered well. 
  4. For retail customers this involves allocation of new customers to counselors - tracking progress of the sessions and resolving ops and quality issues. Handling escalations. 
  5. This role involves team management. 

Key skills/exp - should have managed some service delivery - preferably to schools and colleges but not mandatory.

Should have skills to plan, arrange for freelance resources, and interact with customers and trouble shoot. 

Should be a calm, organized person. Should be good at excel and fairly good at ppt. Team management. 

Location: Bangalore, Work from home mostly with some travel to school campuses on 1 or 2 weekends to school campuses.
