1. Develop knowledge & insights to Interact with design team members to enhance the designs and Act as bridge or mediator between Factory & Design Centre to work Collaboratively for better outcomes .
2. Supervisory responsibilities to ensure that manufacturing is done as per the design
3. Solve issues faced by Manufacturing & Quality teams through Change management 
4. Explain new designs to Manufacturing & Quality for better planning of work 
5. Take feedback and implement design changes for DFM & DFS (Manufacturability & serviceability

Desired Skills:- 

1. Must be from Machine Manufacturing background
2. Must have hands on experience in Production and Design - ability to translate the machine designs to actual production of machines in the factory.
3. Must be ready to work in the factory 
4. Visit Customers & Suppliers to understand & solve problems.
