The role involves managing real estate channel sales, revenue strategies, marketing, and training. The primary responsibility is to sell high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. The position focuses on building and maintaining trusting relationships with premier customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits, prepare research reports based on client requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Multitask effectively in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Work collaboratively and independently while demonstrating the ability to lead.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Successfully close client transactions, leveraging a proven direct selling career.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the city’s real estate environment and property buying cycles.
  • Stay informed about government policies, bylaws, processes, and transaction procedures.
  • Stay updated on new projects in the city and prevailing prices across various localities.
  • Use analytics-driven skills to monitor and improve key performance parameters such as conversion rates, lead-to-meeting ratios, and meeting-to-site-visit ratios.
  • Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and pleasing personality to achieve monthly targets and uphold the company’s positive image.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales within assigned focus projects.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to meet targets.
  • Liaise between customers and the company to provide updates on services, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Report sales activities to senior management.
  • Meet targets and goals for the assigned area.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and increase business opportunities through various marketing routes.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures.
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
  • Stay updated with product developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide weekly training to employees.
  • Maintain decorum and foster a healthy work environment in the company.

Note: Frequent visits to the Devanahalli site will be required.
