Experience: 1 to 4 years in HSE Relevant Activity

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety Planning and Reporting: Develop, plan, and implement safety activities in the plant. Regularly report on the effectiveness of safety measures and identify areas for improvement.
2. Training and Monitoring: Prepare and execute training programs for all team members. Track and document the effectiveness of the training through records and feedback.
3. Gemba Safety Checks: Conduct daily Gemba (walkthrough) safety checks to ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
4. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for both regular and non-regular activities (plant operations, logistics, and vendor locations). Identify hazards and propose mitigation measures.
5. ISO and Legal Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with ISO standards (OSHMS, EMS) and other legal safety requirements. Plan, document, and follow-up on audits and compliance actions.
6. PPE Management: Oversee the selection, management, and standardization of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure proper usage and compliance with safety standards.
7. Safety Kaizen: Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives in safety practices through Safety Kaizen activities, ensuring ongoing safety enhancements.
8. Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare detailed safety reports, and provide clear and precise updates. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are required for safety-related discussions.
