Process Engineer
Job Description
- Proficiency in development and review of Process Flow Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Heat & Mass Balance document
- Development & checking of process equipment data sheets for Vessel, Column, Pump, Blower, Compressor, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler and other misc. Equipment.
- Conversant with Heat exchanger thermal design rating softwares like Aspen EDR/HTRI
- Expertise in Process design calculations for pumps hydraulics, heat exchangers thermal design, pressure vessels sizing, Safety Valve relief calculations, line sizing, Instrument & control valves datasheet & other calculations for safe process design.
- Evaluating vendors offer against process specification and performing technical bid evaluation/analysis
