Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our team in the plywood industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing dealers, and expanding into new markets. This role will require a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and the ability to build long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

   - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned regions 
   - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in untapped areas. 
   - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 
2. Dealer Management:
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while onboarding new dealers to expand the distribution network. 
   - Provide training and support to dealers to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell our products effectively. 
   - Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure compliance with company policies and resolve any issues promptly. 
3. Market Expansion:
   - Research and identify potential new markets within the region to drive business growth. 
   - Develop and execute plans to enter new markets, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation. 
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, and builders. 
   - Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
   - Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics. 
   - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the plywood, building materials, or construction industry. 
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi markets. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.  
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.  
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
