| Monitor and control of Bread Crumb line operation (Start-up/Shut down/adjustment of parameters as per manufacturing instructions) Control quality attributes like salt, colour,flavour etc. before releasing to WH Cleaning and sanitation of all Crumb line as per the SOP’s Monitoring & control of Sealing /stitching /Physical condition of the bag Storage of non-conforming products in quarantine areas. Ensure to use the calibrated line equipment per laid frequencies. 

Maintain metal detector /batch size /% online /  DPR records, CCP and other records. Data /root cause  analysis of process results & deviations Food safety, GMP/GHK of areas under scope of job profile. Liaise with maintenance section to implement preventive maintenance and  up keep of the equipment Monitoring & control of related CCP,OPRP,PRP & maintenance of records. 

Perform activities in safe manner to avoid unsafe condition and follow LOTO and also to maintain records. Handling & disposal of waste generated in the process as per the standard instructions. Shall be responsible for reporting and executing the responsibilities related to FSMS, Shall be responsible to execute any other responsibility related to FSMS as and when entrusted by the management
