Customer Support Lead – Packaging
Job Description
• Lead and mentor a pan-India team of service engineers and technicians
• Champion AMC growth, service monetization, and brand-independent servicing opportunities
• Oversee all post-installation support, maintenance, and field service activities
• Serve as an escalation point for key customer issues
• Diagnose complex machine issues and guide the team in delivering effective solutions.
• Ensure standardization in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance protocols.
• Collaborate with R&D/engineering for recurring issue resolution and product feedback.
Desired Experience :-
• Minimum 8 years in service engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in packaging machinery service (cartoning, filling, sealing, labeling).
• Exposure to MNC or high-compliance environments is a plus
