Classic Search is hiring for one their reputed clients in the FMCG industry  professionals to impart Sales Training to the field Sales Force responsible for FMCG product sales thru various channels 

Location - Chennai 

Job Description:*
Roles and Responsibilities:
•            Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
•            Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.
•            Onboard new salespeople.
•            Conduct Online/Classroom training program/OJT.
•            Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
•            Prepare the Annual training calendar.
•            Monitor sales objectives and results.

*Desired Candidate Profile*
•            Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
•            Experience in a sales position is a plus.
•            Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
•            Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
•            Solid communication and presentation abilities.
•            Additional certification in training is a plus.
Sales professionals with experience in leading a sales team while imparting sales training and product training willing to make a switch to a Training role are also encouraged to apply.
