Job Summary:

 
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Person to lead the operations of companies GMP-certified herbal extraction facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, administration, regulatory compliance, and team management, with a deep understanding of global herbal extraction technologies and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant setup, administration, and commissioning of new equipment
• Drive production planning and ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery
• Implement TQM, 5S, and TPM across the facility
• Ensure compliance with global and export regulatory standards
• Coordinate with R&D for product trials and scale-ups
• Manage preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise with AYUSH and licensing authorities
• Promote sustainability, energy-saving, and SDG compliance
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a team of 50+ in a herbal extraction/GMP environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (domestic and international)
• Hands-on with plant validation, equipment commissioning, and audits
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills
• Exposure to IOT, MIS, and continuous improvement tools
• Good industry network and updated on latest herbal technologies
