The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects within the industrial automation sector. 

Key responsibilities:- 

 Lead and manage all routine and project-based activities within the Order Engineering department, encompassing the preparation and review of manufacturing drawings, processes, Bills of Material (BOMs), Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals, and testing procedures. 

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of departmental targets and objectives. 

• Organize and conduct regular meetings and training sessions for engineers and staff to address current work challenges, foster continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency. 

• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Quality Assurance (QA), to successfully achieve project objectives. 

• Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver results.
