 | Job purpose

The basic job purpose is to plan, organize & control production activities in Mixer Production workshop with high efficiency, on time & right quality product as per set quality standards & in accordance with set production systems

 | Main accountabilities and tasks

1.     Planning & organizing Mixer workshop production as per SAP schedule 2.     Managing man & material resources to meet production targets & compliance to production schedules. 3.     Adherence to standard operating procedures & systems 4.     Adherence to health & safety procedures & practices & implementation of improvement programs in the same 5.     Informing, o job training related to Health & Safety practices to concerned work force. 6.     Ensuring availability of proper PPE's stock at workstation 7.     Ensuing all equipment & activity controls are in place for safe working. 8.     Implementation & enforcement of quality control & tracking programs to meet quality objectives & compliance to QMS. 9.     Trays workshop efficiency as per set targets 10.  Determination and implementation of quality & productivity improvement programs in Mixer workshop & improvements to the production process 11.  Maintaining high level of 5S at workshop & continuous improvement in the same 12.  Establish efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments. 13.  Utilization of shop capacity Tracking & meeting monthly budgeted hours 14.  Project execution SPEED as per target 15.  Continuous up gradation of competency level of  Mixer works force. 16.  Control & monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) 17.  In case of emergency evacuate all workers in assembly area. 18.  Implement, control & monitor Mixer workshop daily production schedule. 19.  Review & adjust the schedule where needed. 20.  Monitor quality standards of products in his work area. 21.  Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems. 22.  Prepare and report daily Trays workshop production reports. 23.  Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. 24.  On time completion of projects as per SAP detailed planning
