 | Review of Material test certificates, preparation of ITP, inspection reports, NDE test reports, MDB etc. 

 | Review of handover documents &  Customer specs to be reviewed and highlighted to concern if discrepancy in handover

 | In- process inspection, Final Inspection & testing of products as per ITP, drawing & applicable specification  

 | Handling customer/TPI inspections in effective manner, On time MDB submission Non-Conformance Handling,  All inspection and documentation should be error-free and accurate

 | Compliance to QA/QC Processes, IMS procedures, Internal & external communication related to inspections. Key result area – Project handling with productivity & accuracy, Quality management effectiveness, Improvement Initiatives , customer requirements realization

 | to ASTM/ASME, EN ISO material standards, Welding inspections, raw material inspections, TPI handling, review of WPS, PQR & WPQ
